Moldova Emergency- please help us protect stray dogs in Moldova this winter

Thousands of strays suffer on the streets of Moldova. In the capital Chisinau alone there are over 20,000 starving homeless dogs, defenseless against the freezing cold. The animal shelters are overcrowded and short on food.

Together with local partners, we are currently organising over 60,000 meals for the animals in need. We have already been able to save five particularly weak puppies from the notorious Necropolis animal shelter, but tens of thousands of dogs continue to suffer in Chisinau and throughout the country. 

Your donation will help FOUR PAWS shelter the remaining stray dogs on the streets where they will be fed, treated, and protected from the cold. 

Your gift will help us save more animals and provide them with the care they need: 

  • £15 could feed five puppies for a day 

  • £30 could contribute towards veterinary care for a stray 

  • £50 could help FOUR PAWS support our partner charities and rescue shelters.
